Size: 15 ml
Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil 3% cream oxidant in a bowl. Apply to pre-cleansed eyelashes or eyebrows, leave on for 10 minutes, then remove with a damp cotton pad. For professional use only.
