Returns
Our return policy covers a period of 14 days following receipt of the package.
In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In the event of an error in your order on your part, you will be responsible for a $20 return fee, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. No exchanges are possible.
In the case of dissatisfaction with a product that was not recommended by a member of our team, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend contacting our experts before purchasing to receive advice tailored to your needs.
Products are refundable, exchangeable, and returnable only if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
- The product must be in its original packaging;
- The reason for the exchange/refund must be valid and verifiable;
- A receipt or proof of purchase including your contact information is mandatory.
In the event of an error in the received order or if items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 48 hours following receipt of your order to notify us.
Merchandise in the “CLEARANCE” section is considered final sale and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Hair extensions are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 10 business days.
If the return is denied, a $20 fee will be charged to the customer to ship the product back to them.
If your refund is late or missing, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We reserve the right to issue a refund rather than exchange an item.

If an item offered by the store as part of a limited-time promotion is received defective, we agree to provide the customer with a gift card equal to the value of the product.
If a purchase containing the mention “gift” is defective upon receipt, the purchaser of the gift will receive a refund and will be informed of the procedure to return the defective item and receive a replacement.
Pricing Policy
Prices may differ between the physical store and the online store.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
No samples will be included in packages during sales events.

Price Matching Policy
If a customer finds an identical product sold at a lower price by a Canadian competitor operating within the same commercial geographic area, we will match the price upon presentation of original printed or digital proof.
The price matching policy is available in-store and online, subject to certain eligibility conditions:
- The purchase of the product must not have already been completed;
- If the product is sold on a website, it must be priced in Canadian dollars and available immediately for delivery within the same geographic area, including all shipping and additional fees;
- The item must be in stock, available for sale, and must not be a pre-order or available only in limited quantities;
- Price matching is valid only during the validity period of the proof presented;
- Items must be identical in brand, type, model number, color, and size, and all eligibility criteria must be included in the advertisement;
- Photos are used only to identify trademarks or advertised products, and written text always prevails.
This policy excludes gift cards, liquidation sales, mail-in rebates, specific promotions (e.g., “buy X and get Y”), and gifts with purchase.
The policy also excludes loyalty programs and all benefits associated with them (including but not limited to points, discounts, coupons, and rewards earned through loyalty programs), discount coupons, employee discounts, senior discounts, bundled product purchases under competitor promotions when evaluated individually, and purchases involving free product rebates.
Warranty Policy
We are not responsible for improper at-home handling of chemical products such as hair dye and bleach, nor for the misuse of any of our other hair or beauty products.

A warranty is offered on certain electrical devices. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the device.
It is important to keep your proof of purchase for exchanges, as we do not retain copies in-store.
The warranty for electrical devices covers defects resulting from normal use. Improper handling or misuse is not covered under warranty.
We agree to replace defective devices and cover shipping costs within the first 90 days following purchase.
After this period, the customer is responsible for returning the defective device at their own expense. Upon receipt of the product, if no defect is found, a $20 fee will be charged to return the device to the customer.
In the event of a stock shortage, we agree to replace the product with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Hair extensions are neither refundable nor exchangeable. We do not guarantee extensions that have undergone at-home treatments (coloring, bleaching, cutting, etc.).
Shipping
A return label will be provided, and a return fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund. You will have 7 business days following receipt of your return label to send the package back to us.
We will cover shipping costs in the event of an error on our part in your order.
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your place of residence.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellation / Modification
Before placing an order, customers can review the contents of their cart and the total purchase amount.
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Any order identified as fraudulent by the Shopify system will automatically be canceled.
