Shipping

We ship within Canada only and exclusively through Canada Post.

We offer free shipping on all* orders over $50 before taxes. *Certain conditions apply, and some locations are not eligible for free shipping. You will be contacted by email or phone following your order if this applies to your region.

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery date to your home after shipment, as it depends on the carrier.

Our delivery times are 1 to 3 business days. If the delay exceeds our normal delivery times, please contact Canada Post using your tracking email.

Your purchases may be shipped in multiple packages due to the size or format of certain products. You will be able to track each package individually using its tracking number.

In the event of an error in the shipping address provided by the customer resulting in the package being returned to La Boutique du Cheveu, the customer will be required to pay a $20 shipping fee to resend the package or to cancel the order.

In the case of a delivery issue or a package marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we must open a service ticket with the carrier to investigate the situation. We must wait for confirmation from the carrier that the package is lost before issuing a replacement shipment or refund. The investigation may take up to 30 days.

Shipping fees may apply for discounted bulk purchases.

In-Store Pickup

To take advantage of in-store pickup, select the “In-Store Pickup” option when you are ready to place your order.

We are committed to processing your order within a maximum of 24 hours.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming when you may pick up your items in-store. You will have a maximum of 7 days to pick up your order in-store; otherwise, your order will be canceled and your transaction refunded.
