Mix the lightener powder with a BLONDME Premium Developer in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 depending on the desired consistency. Apply to dry hair. For root applications, use a 7 volume (2%) or 20 volume (6%) developer. For lengths only, use a 30 volume (9%) developer. Leave on for 20 to 45 minutes without heat, checking the development regularly until the desired result is achieved.
