For Skin: Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin morning and evening, massaging gently until fully absorbed. For Hair: Apply to ends or all over damp or dry hair to nourish, smooth and add shine. Can also be used as an intensive treatment by leaving on overnight before shampooing. For Nails: Gently massage into cuticles and nails to strengthen and hydrate.
