The Fini-Plus top coat cures under an LED or UV lamp and can be applied over regular nail polish, UV polish, gel, or a resin overlay.

Directions: over regular polish that is completely dry, apply a thin layer and cure for 30 seconds under LED or 2 minutes under UV. Over a resin overlay, cure for 1 minute. To remove, file gently.
