Blond Studio 9 Multi-Techniques Lightening Powder
Blond Studio's Multi-Techniques 9 powder lightens up to 9 levels and is suitable for all techniques: balayage, foilyage, wrapped highlights, or global decolorization.
It is enriched with the Olicare complex, which reduces dust during mixing and provides a flexible, non-drip texture.
Do not confuse it with Bonder Inside 9: it offers the same lightening power, but without the bonding complex. If the client has fragile hair, Bonder Inside is the one to use.

Size: 454 g (1 lb).
Directions for use: pour the powder first, then the oxidant over it. Use with Blond Studio 20 or 30 volume oxidants, in the proportions recommended according to the technique.
