Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside Lightening Powder
Blond Studio Bonder Inside 9 powder lightens up to 9 levels with an integrated bonding complex that protects the hair fiber bonds during the lift — no need to add any treatment to the mixture.
This is the protective version of Multi-Techniques 9: the same lightening power, but to be preferred whenever the client has fragile or previously bleached hair.

Format: 500 g.
Instructions for use: pour the powder first, then the developer on top. Use exclusively with Blond Studio 20 or 30 volume developers. Mixing ratios: 1:1 (open-air balayage), 1:1.5 (enclosed foils), 1:2 to 1:3 (global lightening).
