Apply to dry hair. Pick up the powder with the small end of the brush. With your free hand, pull your hair flat and taut against your head, then firmly press the brush onto the roots, working from the scalp outwards. Do not use a sweeping motion. Apply more powder if needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Gently remove any excess powder with the large end of the brush.
